Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeebaje ("jeebaje", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at jeebaje.net and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions of that website.

By accessing or using any part of the jeebaje platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jeebaje platform regardless of how they access it, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application.

jeebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jeebaje platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not accessing jeebaje from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable national, provincial, or local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above, of jeebaje or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jeebaje platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

jeebaje takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ age verification checks at the point of registration and reserve the right to request supporting identity documents at any time. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the payment method from which they were sent, and any winnings generated will be voided in full.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jeebaje platform — including deposits, game play, betting, and bonus claims — you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one jeebaje account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If jeebaje determines that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, any balances frozen pending investigation, and bonuses forfeited. Deliberate multi-accounting to exploit promotional offers will be treated as fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jeebaje strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify jeebaje support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. jeebaje will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeebaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jeebaje — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The platform does not support foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to any transaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeebaje currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank

jeebaje reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players will be informed of available payment options in the cashier section of their account.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on jeebaje is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced verification checks in accordance with our responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Players may also set personal deposit limits from their account settings as part of jeebaje's responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. jeebaje aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and whether any identity verification checks are outstanding on the account. Withdrawals will not be processed to any account or payment method other than the one originally used to deposit unless expressly authorised by jeebaje following a formal verification process.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

jeebaje reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification. No withdrawal will be processed on an account that has active self-exclusion, an ongoing fraud investigation, or unsettled bonus wagering requirements. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeebaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including the flagship 200% Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

5.1 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed through the mechanism specified in the relevant promotion — for example, by entering a bonus code at the time of deposit, by opting in via the promotions page, or by contacting support. Retroactive bonus applications will not be processed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on jeebaje are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable. Players should review wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus, as some games may contribute differently — or not at all — towards meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jeebaje operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, collusion between players, and any other conduct that jeebaje reasonably considers to be exploitation of its promotional offers. jeebaje reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonuses that have not been used or have not met their wagering requirement within the time period specified in the offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited. jeebaje will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games offered on the jeebaje platform — including slot games, live casino games, sports betting markets, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and data providers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures applicable to each game are determined by the relevant provider and are displayed within each game's interface or help section.

6.1 Game Integrity

jeebaje is committed to offering games that operate with integrity and fairness. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios using professionally trained dealers under regulated conditions. Sports betting odds are set by professional traders and reflect real-world market movements.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or any other system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jeebaje reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Neither jeebaje nor its game providers shall be liable for any winnings that arise from a system error or malfunction. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across the jeebaje platform.

6.3 Disconnections

jeebaje is not responsible for any loss of connection that occurs during game play or during the placement of a bet. If your internet connection drops during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server. Stakes placed in active rounds at the time of disconnection will stand. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while using the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeebaje platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal offence
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or disrupt the jeebaje platform, its software, or its systems
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Making chargebacks on deposits without genuine cause, or engaging in any form of payment fraud
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeebaje staff, support agents, or other players

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jeebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the jeebaje Responsible Gaming policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their jeebaje account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jeebaje will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not reached the withdrawal threshold will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from accepting deposits, bets, or bonus claims. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on the jeebaje platform during their exclusion period. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed by jeebaje as a result of a breach of these Terms, jeebaje reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and, in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, to forfeit that balance in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request or as a result of voluntary self-exclusion, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeebaje's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. jeebaje is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. These Terms do not exclude or limit jeebaje's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
